At Sammys Aesthetics and Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return your items in accordance with this Returns Policy. This policy complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
1. Your Right to Cancel and Return
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order and return items within 14 days of receiving them, without providing a reason. To exercise your right to cancel:

- Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.
2. Items Eligible for Return
We accept returns for the following items:
- Products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Items that arrive damaged or defective.
Exclusions:
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with for hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards or personalised products.
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).
3. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Notify us at bookings@sammyscosmeticaesthetics.co.uk or call 01524 752277 to inform us of your return. Include your name, order number, and reason for the return.
- Prepare the Package: Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Post the Return: Send the package to the following address:

Please obtain proof of postage, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- For damaged or faulty items, we will refund the full amount, including any delivery charges.
- For items returned under the cancellation policy, the customer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty:
- Contact us immediately at bookings@sammyscosmeticaesthetics.co.uk with your order number and photographs of the issue.
- We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the unwanted product and place a new order.

If you haven’t received a refund after the stated period:
- Check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times can vary.
